Do you use ai?

I can happily say that NO AI is used in the creation of my artworks.

Refunds

I accept returns, buyers pay for return costs. Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return

There's something wrong with my order

Don't panic! Contact me and we’ll get it sorted for you. I try to answer all emails in a timely manner, but if you email me over the weekend, I may only get back to you on Monday.

When will my order arrive?

It all depends on where you live and how quick the crow carrying your package is, mind you, some crows are already of old age.

Jokes aside, keep also my processing time in mind. I typically process orders within 1–2 business days. I unfortunately cannot know how long a package will be delayed or how long it will be in customs. Please contact me if your order is more than six weeks late.

Screen color variations

I try to present all my items faithfully but please note that color may differ slightly from how it appears on your screen due to varying monitor settings. If you believe the item you have received does not match what you purchased, contact me.
